Viewing and Editing Accepted Rates

After rates are accepted, you can view accepted rates and edit accepted rates at the facility or Management Console.

At the single facility level

  1. Admin > Setup > Market Rates Management.

  2. Click view and edit accepted.

  3. Type any changes in Daily or Monthly rates.

At the Management Console level

  1. Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Market Rates Management.

  2. Click the expand icon to expand the import and see the list of facilities with rate templates created by the import.

  3. Click the action icon next to the facility.

  4. Select view and edit accepted.

  5. Enter any changes to Daily or Monthly rates.

  • In a multi-facility, you can also view and edit accepted rates at a facility.

  • If you are entering whole dollar values, you do not need to enter the decimal and following zeros.

  • A Market Rate Template in Accepted status can be deleted if it is not being used by any Payer in Admin > Setup > Payer Rules and Rate Schedules. This is useful if, after you accepted rates, you determine that the Effective Date is not correct, or the wrong rules are applied to rates in New Date Range.

  • Filter the list by Room Type, Rate Type, Floor or Unit to organize the data in the way that works best for you to validate.
