Creating CRM Pick Lists 

You can create new CRM pick lists. This helps you to add items to the lists per your organization's preferences. 

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facility: CRM > Setup > CRM Pick Lists.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Setup > CRM Pick Lists.

  2. Expand Pick List.

  3. Click New or select Status then New

  4. Enter Description.

  5. Click Check Mark.

  • You cannot edit or delete pick list items for possible placement status reason and lead status reason after selected for a lead.

  • You cannot delete pick list items for Sales Cycle after selected for a lead.

  • You can have up to 5 active for Sales Cycle pick lists items.
