Resident List Report *New*

The Resident List report contains the information of all the residents at a facility, according to their active/discharged status. You can customize the report to select the information to appear in the report.

  1. In the Reports page, in the ADT/Profiles section, click Resident List Report "New".

  2. Report filters are as follows:

    • Unit

    • Floor

    • Status

    • Include Outpatients

    • Gender

    • Waiting List

    • EFT Residents

    • Admission Date Range

    • Admission Date in Quarter

    • Discharge Date Range

    • Deceased Date Ranges

    • Include inactive UDF

    • Excluded from Late Fee Charges

    • Report Output format

      • HTML

      • EXCEL

    • Resident Fields

      • Rate Type

    • Sort By:

      • Resident Name

      • Resident Number

      • Location

      • Age

  3. Fields appear in five categories:

    • Resident Fields - information pulls form the Resident's Detail page.

    • Identifiers - Information pulls from the organizations Identifier List and those identifiers associated to the Resident.

    • External Facilities - Information pulls from the organizations External Facilities List and those identifiers associated to the Resident.

    • Vitals - Information pulls from the Clinical/Care Service's Vitals List and those Vitals entered for the Resident.

    • User Defined Fields - Information pulls from the organizations User Defined Fields List and those User Defined Fields associated to the Resident.

  4. Check Options.

  • An HTML or Excel page is generated containing the information for the report depending on the selected output format.

  • Print the report using your browser's print function.
