Adding Trust Recurring Charges

Recurring charges are used to create monthly withdrawal entries from the residents Trust Account. Using Trust recurring entries minimizes the data entry requirements for the business office. 

For example, if a resident has a monthly charge for cable to be withdrawn from their Trust account, a recurring charge can be set up on the Residents Trust Profile tab. A new withdrawal batch is auto created to record the recurring charges when the Trust period is closed.

Note

To ensure accurate Item type reporting, use the magnifying glass to select the item type used in the recurring charge. 

Recurring charges must be set up on the Resident's Trust Profile to appear in a Trust Recurring withdrawal batch. 

  1. Admin > Resident chart > Trust Profile > Recurring Charges > New.

  2. Click New/Add.
