Allergy Report

The Allergy report provides a printable report of the documented allergies for a single resident or a group of residents. You can create the Allergy report from the General Clinical Reports menu, the reports menu from the Allergy tab, or from the report quick link found on the Active Allergies Dashboard Pane on the Resident Dash.

  1. Allergy Report.

  • You can run this report for a group of residents so a facility can determine which, if any, residents have allergies to specific allergens such as foods, drugs, and so on.

  • Option to filter by date range.

  • Resolved By/Date and Struck out columns only appear if selected through the filter options Allergy Status.

  • Struck Out information shows records Struck Out if they were struck out within or after the reporting date range.

  • Created Date/Time appears on the report at all times.

  • Generate this report with the Allergy Type filter set at Unknown to identify any allergies that were converted from Legacy allergies to Structured format by the system. Only 'system created' allergies can have an Type of 'unknown' as this is not an option at allergy entry.

  • Security access to Allergy Report is required.
