Using Display Filters in Activities from CRM Accounts

You can filter activities assigned to your account.

  1. Click Activities.

  2. Click Display Filters.

  3. Select the filter you want to use.

  4.  Refresh.

  • Reset returns filters to the default setting and closes display filters.

  • Your Account Listing is populated for the External Facilities Listing and vice versa.
