LTC eConnect uses the Health Card Number as part of the resident search, therefore you must confirm the setup of the Health Card Number identifier in your facility or organization.
In Resident Identifiers, you must confirm that the Health Card Number format does not contain dashes but spaces are acceptable.
In General Configuration, you must confirm that the Health Card Number identifier is selected.

Click Edit for Health Card Number > remove dashes, if applicable. You can remove them entirely or replace them with spaces, for example, NNNN NNN NNNOO.
