Overview of Enabling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Availability & Occupancy 

To enable CRM for Lead Management and Availability & Occupancy (A&O), contact your Customer Success Manager. A PointClickCare Superuser is assigned to enable CRM and Availability & Occupancy. Availability & Occupancy is optional and only enabled at the facilities that want to use the A&O for CRM.
