Set as Urgent on the Mobile App

Any conversation can be set as urgent if required to assist in resolving or bringing conversations to the attention of others. This flags the conversation for all participants as urgent with a red banner. After a conversation is set as urgent, it is urgent until the conversation ends or expires.

  1. From an active conversation, tap the “” icon and select Set as Urgent.

  2. Click Set as Urgent. This conversation is now marked as urgent with a red banner notification from the conversation and the conversation listing screens.

  • After a conversation is set to urgent, it remains urgent for the duration for all participants.

  • If you can participate in conversations, you set a conversation as urgent.

  • You must have access to participate in Secure Conversations from the mobile app.
