Overview of CRM Pick Lists

You can setup and modify CRM Pick Lists. This allows you to keep the lists as they appear or customize lists to fit your organization requirements.

All pick list items have actions. The actions available are new, edit, activate, inactivate and delete. The following provides pick list descriptions.

Source Type – provides the terms used for the “How did you hear?” question entered for a Lead in the Lead Information section. Some examples are Flyer, Hospital Representative, Physician Referral, and Social Media.

Lead Rating – provides the terms used for the Lead Rating for a Lead in the Lead Information section. Some examples are Hot, Warm, and Cold.

Activity Subtype – You can create activity subtype pick lists to  identify the activity.  

  1. Call – provides the terms used for the Activity Details for the New Call subtype. Some examples are Follow Up and Schedule Assessment.

  2. Task - provides the terms used for the Activity Details for the New Task subtype. Some examples are Admin and Other.

  3. Appointment - provides the terms used for the Activity Details for the New Appointment subtype. Some examples are Meeting, Phone Meeting, and Tour.

  4. Email - provides the terms used for the Activity Details for the New Email subtype. Some examples are Follow Up, Information, and Other.

  5. Tour - provides the terms used for the Activity Details for the New Tour subtype.  Some examples are Initial Visit and Revisit.

Lead Status Reason – 2 Lead Status Reasons of Lost and Denied. You can create lead status reason subtype pick lists to identify the reason the lead is lost or denied.  

  1. Lost - provides the terms used for the Lead Status for Lost Leads. Some examples are Competitor and No Vacancy.

  2. Denied - provides the terms used for the Lead Status for Denied Leads. Some examples are Financial, Services, and High Risk.

Referral Conditions - provides the terms used to define the Primary and Secondary Conditions for a Lead in the Lead Information section. Some examples are Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, and Leukemia.

Level of Care - provides the terms used to define the Care Level for a Lead in the Lead Information section. Some examples are Acute hospice, Alzheimer's, Assisted Living, and Respite.

Professional Contact Type - provides the terms used to define professional contacts in Lead Details on the Contact Tab. 

Possible Placement Status Reason - provides the terms used to define why a possible placement is lost or denied.

Competitor - used when you close a lead and select status reason lost and status reason competitor. 

Sales Cycle - used to identify the stage of a lead going through the sales cycle.
