Menu Type Listing Report

The Menu Type Listing report provides a list of active residents assigned to each menu type of Select or Non Select. This provides a quick reference to verify menu types are correct for each resident.

  1. Reports > Residents > Menu Type Listing Report.

  • Menu Type - Select option.

  • Sort By - Select option.

    • Name - When selected, the report sorts alphabetically by resident last name.

    • Unit, Room, Bed - When selected, the report sorts by resident unit, room, and bed. Each unit sorts alphabetically by unit name. Within each unit, residents sort by room number and bed number.

    • Dining Area - When selected, the report sorts by resident's assigned dining area for meal selected. Residents assigned to Eats in Room sort first by unit, room, and bed, followed by each dining area alphabetically. Residents sort by table and seat within the dining area.

  • Include Meals on Hold - When selected, the report also includes active residents that have meals on hold.
