MDS

Y - MDS tab appears on the resident chart.

MDS Submission Batches

Determines user access in creating and submitting MDS batches through PCC.

N - Do not see batches on the Batches view.

R - See batch summary, and Batch pane, print link enables next to each batch.

A - New button shows on the MDS Submission Batches title bar, Select All, Clear All, Save and Cancel show on Add to Batch pop-up.

E - Edit and export link show on open batches, record results, export file links show on Exported batches, can edit the batch number (shows as link).

D - Del link shows on open batches.

Revise Accepted MDS Batches

Y - Access to revise accepted batches.

Modify MDS Schedules

Y - Access to modify MDS schedules.

Determines user access to providing resident consent within MDS assessments for Integrated Assessment Record (IAR) submission.

N - Do not see the consent link within MDS assessments.

E - Access to edit information entered to resident consent.

D - Access to delete items from resident consent.

Refresh MDS Data

Y - Access to the Refresh Data button in the MDS. Data that could populate the MDS but is entered after the MDS is created does not show in the MDS. The refresh data button pulls all data entered after the assessment was created and before 1159 pm on the ARD.
