Assigning System Roles in CRM

When you enable CRM and the feature sets, system roles can be assigned for CRM access of CRM Administrator (system), CRM Sales Manager (system) or CRM Sales Representative (system) and for A&O mobile access, you can assign Availability and Occupancy Mobile (system) role.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facilityAdmin > Setup > Security Roles.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management < Security Roles.

  2. Click Print to review functions assigned in the role.

  3. Click Users to assign users to the role.

  4. Select the users to assign.

  • No special permission is required to allow a mobile user access to CRM Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Reports Management after the user is assigned a CRM role.

  • To have mobile Availability & Occupancy access, you need the Availability and Occupancy Mobile (system) role or a custom security role with access under Mobile App for Availability and Occupancy.

  • CRM operates from EMC, however, the menu links are also available at the facility. A users access determines which facility or facilities CRM information they can see. A person with access to only one facility can only access CRM information for that one facility.
