Resident Response List Report

The Resident Response List report lets you select assessments and questions pertaining to the assessment, and show the residents selected responses.

Procedure

Admin > Reports,

  1. Unit - Select the list for a specific unit.

  2. Floor - Select the list for a specific unit.

  3. Status - Select the list for options of Current or Discharged.

  4. Date Range - If you this option, a from and to date range for the beginning of the current month to the end of the current month appears. You can also manually enter dates in the from and to fields or click the magnifying glass icon 

  5. Summary Only - check the box to run Summary only.

  6. Sort Residents by - Select the list for options of Last Name or Location.

  7. Assessment Type - select the list for Assessment Type options.

  8. Question - click the icon to select a question(s). When question is selected, check to include responses on the report. Click Select All or Clear All to select or clear New Admission and Re-admission.

  9. Run Report.

Hints and Tips
  • The Summary Only option provides information on the total number of residents with the selected response. This option does not specify which resident gave the response.

  • Assessment Type and Assessment Question must be selected to run the report.
