Show Retired

Filter By: Type of Immunization (All, or individual immunization options based on configuration).

Consent Status (All, Consented, Historical, Not Eligible, Refused, TBD).

Include options for: Struck Out Immunization and Details, Lot Number, Education Provided By/Date.

Sort by: Administered Date, Type of Immunization, Consent Confirmed Date.

Orders tab

Administration Record

Filter By: Report Type (Monthly, Weekly). Select Administration Record (per configuration).

Include Options for: Staff Administration Legend, Location of Administration Report . If this is selected, it runs the Location of Administration Report for selected Administration Record types and no need to select below report option.

Sort By: Schedule Type, Order Type, Order Type Sequence,Order Description.

Location of Administration

Filter By: Report Type (Monthly, Weekly). Select Administration Record (per configuration).

Sort By: Schedule Type, Order Type, Order Type Sequence, Order Description.

Order Summary Report

Filter By: Communication Method (All, Electronically Transmitted from Pharmacy, Phone, Prescriber Entered, Prescriber Written, Verbal).

Order Category (All, or based on configuration).

Order Status: (All, Active, Completed, Discontinued, On-Hold, Pending Confirmation, Pending Clinical Review, Pending Order Signature, Struck Out).

Other Fields: Renew, Stop

Signature Lines: Number of Signature Lines (1, 2, 3).

Location of Signature Lines (All Pages, Last Page per Resident).

Sort By: Chronological, Reverse Chronological.
