Re-opening a CRM Lead

You can re-open a lead if you determine a lead was closed in error. Additionally, you can re-open a lead if the lead's decision changed and you want to continue using the current lead detail rather than creating a new lead.

If you re-open a lead that was lost to a competitor, you lose the lead information of the competitor's name selected when the lead was closed. To avoid losing the competitor detail, create a new lead.

Note

If there are multiple possible placements when you re-open lead, you need to select status for each placement.

    • Single facilityAdmin > CRM > Leads > Lead Details.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Leads > Lead Details.
