Meal Orders is where you can view and place meal orders for residents after you create your menu sets in Menu Builder. You can see residents on the Order Resident Meals list when they are active and have at least a texture diet order entered on their Resident Details page. You need to have units and dining areas assigned to the kitchen(s) and there must be at least one Menu Set scheduled with regular and therapeutic menus. You can use a computer tablet to take meal orders at table side in the dining room or at the resident's bedside. You can mass order for all non-select residents with the click of one button.
