Adding Participants

Adding Participants allows you to add others to the conversation as needed during an active conversation. The entirety of the active conversation appears for any new participants added to the conversation. This action depends on your security permissions.

  1. From an active conversation, tap the + icon to the right of the To: field.

  2. Select Individual or Group participant(s) as desired. A checkmark appears to the right of the selected participant name. Tap again to clear that name.

  • You cannot add participants if your security does not permit it.

  • You can also add participants by tapping on the To: field bar and then selecting Add Participant.

  • To join a conversation, select the join conversation link.

  • You must have security permission to add participants.

    • Security Roles > Home module > My Conversations (Resident-centric) and General Conversations (General or Cross-Facility) = Read/Add/Edit or higher
