N - The tab in the chart does not show,

R - Read grants view access to the vitals in the chart, can read the current values on screen and see graphs and historical through the view all links.

A - Shows the New button.

E - Shows the Strike-out links next to any entered value.

D - Same as above.

Clinical Dashboard (parent)

Access to the Clinical Dashboard.

Y - Access to see Exceptions triggered in Wts/Vitals tab and portal.

Baseline Weights / Vitals

Determines user access to the Add/Edit Baselines information on the resident weights and vitals chart views.

N - Cannot see the baselines button, nor any documented baselines on the chart (column on the Wts/Vitals tab is gone).

R - Can see the documented baselines in the Baseline/Admission Value (Goal) column.

A - Add Baselines button shows.

E - Edit Baselines button shows.

D - Same as above.
