Action Summary Report

The Action Summary Report shows a list of resident movement within a predetermined date range. This can include admissions, discharges, deaths, leave of absences, and transfers.

The Action Summary report is a great report to run to verify your Online or Go live census lines are all entered before your month.

The Action Summary Report is populated based upon the Action Codes entered in the resident census lines.

  1. From Reports, select the Action Summary ADT/Profiles section.

  2. In the Date, type or specify a date range.

  3. Select the Action Code(s) to include in the report. Clear individual action codes by selecting Specific Action for this option. 

  4. Click the Payer By field to generate the report by or payer type. Based on your selection, you see the list of payers or payer types. Select the required payers or payer types, as applicable. 

  5. In the Select select to change to Created .

  6. In the Sort select the Effective Date, Created Date, Resident, or Location based on how you want to sort the report.

  7. Select the required generate the report for a specific location or for all locations.

  8. To group the information by in, select the Group by.

  9. To include the resident movement to and from in the report, select Show to/From Description

  10. Select Show Comments comments in the report.

  • Created date is the date the census line was created/entered into the system.
