Selecting Additional Location

You can add an additional location in census. An additional location is selected after the resident's primary location when the resident wants to occupy an additional room.

Selecting an additional location gives you the option to assign an additional bed to a resident. If the primary living unit has only 2 beds, the unoccupied bed is assigned as the additional location. In this case, the rate is automatically selected. If the primary living unit has more than 2 beds, you assign the additional location and select the rate. The additional location is unavailable if the primary room has only 2 beds and they are both occupied.

Note

The additional location appears in census when selected in A/R Configuration.

  1. Admin > Resident Chart > Census/Rates.
