Leave Tracking is used to track the number of leave hold days for your Resident and to produce a census warning message when they get close to exhausting their Bed Hold/LOA Days as defined by the configured leave tracking rules. Bed Hold and Leave of Absence days can have different rules per payer, per Province, and per status such as hospital, therapeutic or psychiatric leave. It can be dependent on payer or simply be cumulative days for the Resident regardless of payer. The Leave Tracking setup gives you the option to set it up by payer or by facility.

The option by payer or by facility depends on how your organization tracks leave hold days and this can vary by facility in your organization.

There is a Bed Hold/LOA Days Remaining Dashboard and Bed Hold/LOA Days Remaining Report to bring visibility to Leave Tracking.
