Resident Rent Report

You can use the Resident Rent report to provide residents with a list of all accommodation (rent) charges and any recurring charges created in the system. You can include a signature field.

  1. Admin > Reports > Resident.

  2. Locate the resident.

  3. Select By Payer or By Payer Type. Based on your selection, the next option shows either payers or payer types for selection.

  4. Select the payer or payer type to include on the report.

  5. Year - Select a different year, if needed.

  6. You can add comments to appear on the report.

  7. Select Include Signature Field if you want to include a signature field on the report.

  • If Print Client ID is selected, the report does not print with the resident name. Only the Client ID appears for the resident.
