Adding a Contact from CRM Accounts Listing

In your CRM Accounts list, you can associate contacts to an account. Multiple contacts can be associated to one account. After you associate a contact to an account, you can edit the contact details, edit the contact type and remove the association.

  1. Click the name of the Account or use the search option to select the Account name.

  2. From the Contact tab, click New.

  3. Start typing to search for a contact to associate to the account.

  4. Do one of the following:

    1. Select an existing contact by clicking the correct contact name that appears in the search results.

    2. Create a new contact by clicking New when No results found appears. Enter the New Contact details.

  5. Select Contact Type.

  • You can associated multiple contacts to one account.

  • If you associate a current Professional Contact(s) with existing contact types, the contact types for the Professional Contact are automatically selected.

  • You can edit the selected contact types by selecting or clearing an option from the list. 

  • Your Accounts list populates from the External Facilities Listing and vice versa.
