Enabling Customer Specific Quick Link

The Enable Customer Specific Quick Link option in Admin should be reviewed as part of Clinical General Configuration.

You can specify a particular URL (webpage) for your organization that can be accessed from within PointClickCare, in Home > External Links. For example, many organizations have their own intranet site where policies, procedures, and internal references are stored.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facilityAdmin > Setup > General Configuration.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > General Configuration.

  2. Select Yes for Enable Customer Specific Quick Link.

  • URL - Type full address of website, including http://.

  • Quick Link Icon - Select option to appear in menus:

    • Default - The icon shown appears.

    • Custom - Upload a file with the icon from your computer.

  • Quick Link Icon Description - Type information.

  • You can request additional Quick Links as add-ons.
