Referrals Analysis By Account Report 

The Referrals Analysis by Account Report shows you conversion ratio by account. The details shows you total leads received by account broken out by closed statuses of won, lost, denied, and pending. The conversion ratios are calculated by won/won+lost and won/total leads.

You quickly see the accounts by lead date within the last 30 days. You can use the summary to edit or add new filters. When you select your own filters, you can save by adding your own title. This is helpful for you to analyze detail for your requirements.

You can export the data in CSV or XLSX.

  1. Do one of the following: 

    • Single facility: CRM > Reports > Reports tab > Referrals > Referrals Analysis by Account.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Reports > Reports tabs > Referrals > Referrals Analysis by Account.

  2. Review data.
