You can view Clinical Charts for residents if you have the appropriate security to do so.
View Clinical Charts from one of the following areas:

Clinical Reports > Generate/View Clinical Chart > Previously Generated Clinical Charts section.

Resident Chart > Generate/View Clinical Chart > Previously Generated Clinical Charts section.
-
Resident Chart > Documents Tab > Clinical Chart template name and selected date range.
-
Clinical menu > Care Management > Clinical Chart Dashboard.
Clinical Charts appear in these locations for 7 days until the system automatically removes them. You can view by clicking on the linked Clinical Chart template listed.
The Clinical Chart is named as the Clinical Chart template name, Selected Date Range – Date/Time of generation.
Cover Page
The Cover Page has information about the Clinical Chart contents, including a linked table of contents to the individual reports as well as pertinent report information.

Clinical Chart template name.

Total # of Pages (including cover page).

Facility Name and Address.
-
Resident Name, DOB, Gender, MR#.
-
Date Range of the report and Generated Date/Time.

Reports included in the Clinical Chart with page ranges and linked Table of Contents.

Depending on your security permissions, the Generate/View Clinical Chart link may also appear as View Clinical Chart.

If Online Storage Documentation is enabled in the facility, the Clinical Chart downloads a zipped file (.zip) from which you can open the PDF format. If Online Storage Documentation is not enabled, the Clinical Chart opens in a browser window in PDF format.

If viewing a Clinical Chart from Clinical Reports > Previously Generated Clinical Charts section, you must first select the appropriate resident.

If a Clinical Chart is not yet generated, it does not appear as a link and notes that it is in progress or scheduled to be completed.

If viewing from the Documents tab, you may see a Delete link if your security access allows.

When viewing from the Clinical Chart Dashboard, you can view Generated Charts, Scheduled Charts and Charts in Progress.

The Generate/View Clinical Chart option shows only from the Clinical resident header and not from the Admin tab.

All Clinical Charts generated have a Documentation Storage Category of ‘Clinical Chart’ if accessing from the Documents tab.

You must appropriate security permission to View Clinical Charts.
