Searching CRM Availability and Occupancy

Use A & O (Availability and Occupancy) Display Filters to search the for available units. Quickly identify communities and units with amenities that match the requests of your lead. Use this information to provide appropriate placement options.

  1. Expand the Display Filters area.

    • Enter Availability Date or leave the default, current date.

    • Select options for:

      • Availability Date.

      • Community.

      • Community Type.

      • Living Unit Services.

      • Living Unit Status.

      • Living Unit Type.

      • Living Unit Amenities.

      • State.

      • City.

      • Postal code.

  2. To apply filters to your view, click Refresh.

  3. To change your view to the default unit list, set all the filters to default by clicking Reset, and clicking Refresh.

  • Filters are sticky. When you select a filter option, even if you leave the page and return, the option is selected until you click Reset and Refresh.
