Completing Client Trust Setup

In Client Trust Setup, you configure what information appears on the private statement related to Trust. You can also add a message which appears in the Cash Box window. 

Residents like to see the trust balance they have available for Trust on a regular basis. Seeing the balance is also helpful for the family members to know if additional funds are needed in the Resident Trust account. To show the trust balance, select Show Trust Balance on Statement in the Client Trust Setup.

When a trust message is entered in the Trust profile tab, and a cash box withdrawal is recorded, the message appears in that window. For example, Margaret Small has budgeted for weekly hair services. The Trust manager includes that information in Mrs Smalls Trust profile. To see a list of all Residents with Trust messages, a report is available called Trust Message report.

  1. Admin > Resident Chart > Trust Profile > Client Trust Setup.
