Creating Custom Reports

You can set filters with your criteria and save it to view later with a new Save As feature in CRM Reports. Save as lets you create your own custom CRM reports to meet your needs.

After you select a system report, you can edit the filters and add more filters. When you are done setting the report parameters, save the report with your own name. The report is saved to the category list of reports. Custom reports are listed by the title and you can view who created it. You can edit your custom report and change filters and the name per your requirements.

    • Single facilityAdmin > CRM > Reports > Reports tab.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Reports > Reports tab.
