Launching Migration for IRM to CRM

Use IRM to CRM Launch Migration to migrate data from IRM to CRM. The migration involves 2 steps: Stage 1 transfers the mapped lists, inquires, activities, accounts, contacts, insurance coverage, and assessments. Stage 2 transfers miscellaneous documents. 

Note

You need all pick lists mapped using the Pick List Mapping Tool before migration can be started.

Warning

Stage 1 of IRM migration data can be reversed and relaunched.

Stage 2 of IRM migration data cannot be reversed.

After both stage 1 and stage 2 are complete, security users IRM access is changed to read only. This provides you the detail for reference. 

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facilityAdmin > Setup > Launch Migration.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Launch Migration.

  2. Click I agree.

  3. Click Launch Stage 1.

  4. Click I agree.

  5. Click Launch Stage 2.

  • View the data migration document to see the fields which are and are not included in the data migrated from IRM to CRM. 

  • If you encounter a failed status during stage 1 migration, you receive a description and you can view the detail.

  • If you receive failed data in stage 1 migration, you can continue migration with failed data and add manually to CRM or revert and correct the data and start stage 1 again.

    • If you select to revert and correct the data, contact support for assistance.
