Logging In to the Secure Conversations Mobile App

Secure Conversations mobile users can login to the app to access and respond to their conversations and messages to other users of Secure Conversations. You must login to the app using your current PointClickCare web access username and password including organizational prefix code.

If you logged into the app previously, your account information is saved. You can select that account. Otherwise you can select use a different account to login.

First time login

  1. From the Secure Conversations mobile app, tap in the Username field.

  2. Type your organizational prefix.username (ex: abctrain.jdoe).

  3. Tap the Password field and type in your PointClickCare password.

  4. Tap Login. The Conversations listing screen appears.

If you logged in before

  1. From the Secure Conversations mobile app, tap the appropriate Username in the Select an account list.

  2. Tap the Password field and type in your PointClickCare password.

  3. Tap Login. The Conversations listing screen appears.

  • If you do not see your account information listed, tap Use a different account to login.

  • If you no longer need a login within the Select an account list, tap the trash icon (Android) or swipe left and tap Delete (iOS).

  • If your PointClickCare password changed, it is also changed for login to the mobile app.

  • You must have access to the Secure Conversations mobile app

    • Security Roles > Mobile App module > Secure Conversations Standalone Mobile Application = Yes
