Security permissions are required to configure and use Clinical Chart. These permissions can be incorporated into existing roles, or new roles can be created. All system and custom roles default these permissions to No/None.

NoteThe permission for View/Print Clinical Chart must also be set to Yes to view the Clinical Chart from Misc tab, otherwise the Clinical Chart document is not linked. |
