Order Review History Report 

The Order Review History Report shows the review history details of completed order reviews for each resident. The report can be generated to show the review history for a single resident or a group of residents. If run for a group of residents, it can be filtered by unit, floor and status and physician or resident name. When generated for a single resident, you can include the order details.

This report shows:

  • Reviewed Date.

  • Reviewed By.

  • Signature Type.

  • Signature Source.

  • Signature Method.

  • Acknowledge as Signed in Wet Ink (if applicable).

  • Acknowledged Date (if applicable).

  • This report is only available to facilities with Order Pending Signature enabled.

  • The Order Details option is available when running the report for a single or multiple Residents.

  • If the Order Detail option is set to yes, date range is restricted to one month.

  • Facilities must have Orders Pending Signature enabled from Order Configuration to view and run this report.
