Completing Assessments in CRM Lead Details

You can complete Assessments in CRM Lead Details. In the Assessments section of CRM, you can track progress and completion of required documentation for your residents before admission. You can schedule, complete, and send triggers to other areas of PointClickCare. In addition, you can view, copy, print and generate reports. 

After a lead is won or waitlisted to a facility, you can view, copy, or print the locked assessment created in CRM. The assessment can be accessed in both Admin and Clinical through the file cabinet on the Assmnts tab of the resident's chart. 

Warning

If you do not find the an assessment in CRM, check the assessment setup. The assessment must be checked to create in CRM. 

You must complete MPI Clinical Documentation (Historical Records) setup for User Defined assessment > Enable for Admin Module to see the file cabinet and transfer the CRM Assessments to the resident's Admin chart.

  1. Do one of the following: 

    • Single facility > CRM > Leads > Name > Assmnts tab

    • Multi-facility > Management Console > CRM > Leads > Name > Assmnts tab
