Marking Activities as Complete from CRM Accounts

You can mark an activity complete in Accounts.

  1. Click Activities

  2. Click Actions.

  3. Click Mark as Complete.

  4. Update Activity Details.

  5. Save. When a Follow Up Activity is selected, the new Activity window opens after you save and you can enter the details of the new activity.

  • Regarding auto populates with lead name.

  • The Edit action is only available for Open Leads.

  • If the Lead Subject is IL Placement, AL Placement, or left blank, the Follow Up Activity is selected automatically.

  • If the Lead Subject is SNF Placement, the Follow Up Activity is not selected.
