Transaction History Report

You can generate the Transaction History Report. This report shows all transactions that are posted or generated for a resident's trust account over a period of time.

  1. In Admin reports under the Trust section, select Transaction History.

  2. Type or select the posting date range of interest.

  3. Type or search a resident name or resident number. Leave blank for all residents.

  4. Select a resident account.

  5. Select a control account.

  6. Select an item type.

  7. If you want to generate the Transaction History Report in an exportable format, select this box.

  • You can configure this report by a specific resident account, control account, or item type.

  • Your security role must have the access level set to Yes to run the Transaction History Report.
