Resident Response Comparison Report

The Resident Response Comparison report shows the changes to responses on an assessment for an individual resident over the history of the assessment for the selected time period.

Procedure

Admin > Reports.

  1. Resident Number - enter a specific Resident Number, or click the Magnifying Glass icon 

  2. Resident - enter the Resident Name, or click the Magnifying Glass icon 

  3. Date Range - If you clear the box, the date range changes to All.

  4. Include legend - check the box to include Legend of Question Responses.

  5. Display Question Text - check the box to include Questions.

  6. Assessment Type - Select an Assessment Type from the list.

  7. Show These Questions - Click Change to select specific questions to include in the report, and by clicking the B Sign to select individual questions.

  8. Show only responses that differ - check the box to only show responses that differ on the report.

  9. Run Report.

Hints and Tips
  • You must select a resident number or resident. This report cannot be run for all residents.

  • You must have a security role with the appropriate rights to see and use this feature.
