Creating a Care Plan Library

You can create a custom Care Plan library.

Warning

Creating a custom Care Plan library is not recommended. The default libraries available are already linked via triggers to several default template assessments and to the MDS.

Do one of the following:
- Single facility: Clinical > Setup > Care Plan Library.
- Multi-facility: Management Console > Standards > Care Management > Care Plan Library.
Click New.
Complete the fields as required.
Click Save.

To delete a library, click the library name and click Delete.
