Managing ONE ID Credentials

When accessing the regional viewer, staff must type their ONE ID credentials. You can manage ONE ID credentials in PointClickCare to minimize this process for your staff. After completing the steps below, staff only need to enter their ONE ID password, as their login ID autopopulates.

Complete 2 steps to manage ONE ID Credentials:

  • In Pick Lists, create a new System Credential, for example ONE ID.

  • In Security Users, type the ONE ID login ID for each staff member who requires access to LTC eConnect.

Note

After you complete the ONE ID credentials, provide the System Credential field name and your region to your PointClickCare representative, as they need this information to enable LTC eConnect for your organization.

Pick Lists

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facility: Admin > Setup > Pick Lists.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Pick Lists.

  2. Click Other System Credentials.

  3. Note

    You must select a Corporate scope.

Security Users

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facility: Admin > Setup > Security Users.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Security Users.

  2. Click edit for user.

  3. Type staff member's ONE ID login ID in the ONE ID (or other description) field.
