Adding Predefined Activities for a CRM Lead

Predefined Activities are a list of items you add to a lead. You use Predefined Activities to add a specific list of activities to a new lead or to an existing lead. Predefined activities save you time from adding the activities individually and is useful when you perform the same set of activities for each new lead.

Note

You must define the predefined activity list in CRM Setup to use in lead detail.

The subject field in lead information drives the predefined activity list. 

Warning

You cannot create duplicate Predefined Activities for a Lead. Duplicates means it matches on Type, Assigned to, and Sub-Type.

    • Single facility: CRM > Leads > Lead Details > Activities. 

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Leads > Lead Details > Activities.
