Order Audit Report

When the chart view's details are expanded, you can use the Order Audit Report to see a history of the original details, and all subsequent updates to the order. Includes details of order signature, confirmation, and clinical order review. It also includes dates/times and users that made the changes.

  1. Open Clinical.

  2. Select Resident Chart.

  3. Click Orders tab.

  4. Click Actions, next to the order. then click Audit Report.

  • Accessed only from the resident's chart or individual orders in the Orders portal.

  • Shows information for that one specific order.

  • Best Practice - report to be run on an as needed basis for detailed order audit information.
