Overview of Recipes and Production

Recipes and Production improves the quality and consistency of meal production. You can scale all of your recipes, keeping your food production uniform. You can tally quantities to reduce food waste and cost and gather historical data for forecasting production volumes.

From Recipe Builder, you can add a new recipe, duplicate an existing recipe, and access setup for data elements used to build recipes: Ingredients, Ingredient Categories, Serving Utensils, and Serving Temperatures.

You can create a list of the production areas within your kitchen to aide in food preparation and meal assembly. Your production worksheets show all of the menu items to be prepared for a selected date, meal, and kitchen to help with food preparation and purchasing.
