Set Urgency

You can set urgency to a current or new Conversation to notify all participants allowing them to respond accordingly. This action creates a red banner that appears in the conversation listing and the conversation window indicating the conversation is urgent. Setting urgency is based on whether you can participate in conversations.

  • From the Action Icon or conversation window of any Conversation, select Set Urgency. A red URGENT banner appears marking this conversation as urgent.

  • After a conversation is set to urgent, it remains urgent for the duration to all participants.

  • You must have appropriate security permissions to Set Urgency to Secure Conversations.

    • Home module > My Conversations = Read/Add or higher (Resident-Centric Conversations).

    • Home module > General Conversations = Read/Add or higher (General and Cross-Facility Conversations).
