Inactivating CRM Accounts 

In the Accounts list for CRM, you can Inactivate an Account which is not used in your CRM system. Because accounts are shared between external facilities and CRM, you can inactive any accounts you do not want to see in your CRM account listing. This does not inactivate them in external facilities.

  1. Click the Account name.

  2. Click Inactive Account.

  • Inactivate accounts do not appear as a selection when creating a Lead.

  • Reactivating an account makes the account appear for selection when creating a Lead.

  • Only CRM Accounts can be inactivated. the account is not inactivated in External Facilities.

  • Your Accounts list populates from the External Facilities Listing and vice versa.
