Assessment Schedule Cancellations Report

The Assessment Schedule Cancellations report allows you to report by Assessment type on residents that have had schedules cancelled (cleared or deactivated) within a determined date range and by user.

Procedure

Admin >Reports

  1. Resident Number - leave blank to include all residents. For a specific resident enter the resident number or click the magnifying glass icon 

  2. Resident - leave blank to include all residents. For a specific resident enter the resident name or click the magnifying glass icon 

  3. Assessment Type - Select the list to select a specific assessment type.

  4. Date Range - Manually enter dates in the fields or click the Calendar icon 

  5. Cancellation Type - Select the list options of Cleared and Deactivated.

  6. Cancelled By

  7. Sort By - Select the list options of First Name, Assessment Type, or Cancellation Date.

  8. Click Run
