TigerText App on Mobile Devices

Secure Conversations allows for use within the PointClickCare web application as well as on mobile iOS or Android devices using an integration with the TigerText app. TigerText allows for health care professionals to communicate in a HIPAA-compliant secure manner about residents for timely and efficient care delivery.

Practitioners and other health care professionals can access Secure Conversations on their mobile iOS or Android devices after the TigerText app is downloaded and the appropriate setup and configuration is complete in PointClickCare.

If using the TigerText mobile app, you can see all conversations across multiple facilities and multiple organizations as applicable from the TigerText app.

  • If you are a first time TigerText user, after the TigerText app is downloaded to your mobile device, use the Mobile ID (either email address or phone number with +1 prefix) as assigned by PointClickCare and PointClickCare password to login to the app.

  • TigerText is available for iOS and Android devices, not Windows or Blackberry operating systems.

  • You must have mobile Secure Conversations access through PointClickCare as well as download the TigerText app to access Secure Conversations through your mobile device.
