Logging a Support Case

If you need help with PointClickCare, you can log a support case.

  1. Click your username.

  2. Click Resource Center/Support.

  3. Click Request Support or Click to log case.

  4. Click Submit Support Request.

  • Review the Support information and Case Urgency Rating Scale before submitting your case.

  • If you have a product or enhancement idea, click Your Product Ideas Site.
