Re-open a Lead from CRM Accounts Listing

When you are in Accounts and that account is associated to a Lead, you can Re-open a Closed Lead from within Accounts.

  1. Click Name or search.

  2. Click the Leads.

  3. Click the Name.

  4. Click Re-Open Lead.

  • Associated Leads appears only if there are any associated to the Account.

  • Multiple Leads can appear for one account.

  • Lead ID appears.

  • The close Lead Information Status and Status Reasons come from the CRM Setup Picklists.

  • Updating the lead information from contacts updates the lead information within leads.
