Bank Activity Report

The Bank Activity Report generates summary information for a given month, including the opening and closing balances and the monthly activity such as deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and interest.

Use this report to compare the residents' trust account activities with the residents' trust bank statement to identify any discrepancies between the bank records and the trust account activities. This report runs by effective date so it shows transactions for the date they were effective for and not the date they were posted to.

  1. In Admin Reports under the Trust section, select Bank Activity Report.

  2. Under report options, select monthly or range of months. Select the month and year.

  3. Select a control account.

  4. Select between ordering the transactions by transaction type, then check number OR by date.

  • Your security role must have the access level set to Yes to run the Bank Activity Report.
